I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition and Holistic Health Coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, currently in training to become an advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner

My work centers on the interconnected foundations of health:

• Digestive wellness,

• Lymphatic vitality,

• Botanical skin care,

• Holistic dental care—all viewed through the lens of Ayurveda and western herbalism.

At the heart of my practice is relationship—with the body, with nature, and with water.

As a practitioner and as someone who walks the vow of a water priestess, my devotion is to the protection and reverence of the Earth’s waters.

I guide women to recognize themselves as living rivers and oceans, and to understand how what we place on our skin and use in our homes directly impacts our bodies, and in the words of my teacher DeAnna, the river of the body is our lymph and our blood.

Through education and practice, I empower you to work with botanicals and to open your heart to cosmoetics to ignite the beauty, intelligence, and resilience that exists within you—honoring health as a living and prepare to earth ourselves back with grace and dignity.
